Four volunteers carried out the planning, communications, organization, scheduling, financials, and the actual operation of this Once in a Generation Reunion and Picnic;
- Keith Millard did the initial planning and organization up until November of 2016, then looked for others to participate in the planning. His main responsibility was Communication and Coordination to "gather" planned attendees, send Picnic Invoices, coordinate the Caterer, and to keep attendees updated with information.
- Lori Siddall took responsibility for Event Organization & Planning, and contributed greatly to the success of this event. Her contributions included the large welcoming banner, the wonderful Family History Booklet, the Pie Contest, Children's Events, and much much more.
- Shana Greatrix volunteered to head up Attendee Registration which included welcoming attendees, name tags, gift bags and their goodies, Camera Raffle tickets, 50-50 raffle tickets (shared by 2 attendees), etc., as well as providing good ideas and suggestions to the Committee.
- Marlene Rodgers volunteered to be our Treasurer and demonstrated great expertise in tracking all Attendee Invoices, payments, expenditures, and in addition purchased many of the items needed for the Picnic including tablecloths, sheet cakes, bottled water, lottery tickets, paper plates, etc.
- Honorable Mention goes to Robert Millard who took all the Instamax registration photos and his wife Stacy Millard who was our Official Photographer for the event. Also included for Honorable Mention are Isobel Hudson and Trish Welbourn who assisted at the Registration Table. And we mustn't leave out the Dan Bishop family who provided parking direction and assistance to arriving attendees, and also Larry King who assisted with setup.
Last but not least, a big shoutout goes to Angel's County Catering who provided that wonderful All you can Eat lunch buffet!
